Purpose
To provide an intensive three year leadership training opportunity to equip young people to take an active leadership role within their parishes and communities as group leaders, committee members, etc.

Whom/Where/When
First year applicants must be between the ages of 13 (in Grade 8) to 15 years and must be sponsored by a parish to attend. The focus of learning takes place during the three year residential program which is held from Sunday to Wednesday during the March Break at Canterbury Hills. Dates for the upcoming session are March 9-12, 2014. Further commitment to ongoing skill development and experimentation is required throughout the program. Twelve (12) to 14 participants are accepted into the first year program. Each year of the program (Years I, II and III) have two staff who work with the participants for the entire three years. The fee for the 2014 program for first year participants is TBA.
