In 2002, the PWRDF Board of Directors mandated a new HIV/AIDS Initiative - PARTNERSHIP FOR LIFE ...for a generation without AIDS. Through this initiative we challenge Canadian Anglicans to pledge their financial support, raise awareness, pray for our development partners and people infected and affected by HIV/ AIDS and urge our government to be an agent for positive change
Established in 1989, the Canadian HIV/AIDS Information Centre is the largest information centre on HIV/AIDS in Canada. The Information Centre is a program of the Canadian Public Health Association. CPHA’s mission is to constitute a special national resource in Canada that advocates for the improvement and maintenance of personal and community health according to the public health principles of disease prevention, health promotion and protection and healthy public policy.
